the hotel decor had a jungle vibe with new technology. the staff was very helpful at any moment. the food choices were very nice and the portions were good.

the gym was a bit small and sometimes felt crowded.

the staff showed such warmth. they always greeted me with smiles, and remembered my name. the food had very nice flavor. i was impressed by the vegan options, especially the fresh spring rolls. the room's design felt so organic and natural. its stone walls and bamboo accents added a real sense of calm.

i noticed a small stain on the curtain near the balcony door.
